Every year the Salone del Mobile in Milan, a.k.a. the Milan Furniture Fair, is the biggest exhibition venue for furniture, products, lighting, and interiors worldwide. Over 2,000 exhibitors have exhibited their products across a display area exceeding 200,000 m2. The Main event is held at the Fierra Milano in RHO, however, every year in April also the rest of the city of Milan transforms all its venues into showrooms and cafes.
The Salone exhibition showcases the latest in furniture and design from 165 countries around the world. It is considered a leading venue for the display of new products by designers of furniture, lighting, and other home furnishings.
My task was to collaborate with an Interior Designer to create an expo stand for Nils Holger Moormann. While the Interior Designer focused on the stand's structure and layout, my role was to handle the graphic design elements, ensuring that the overall presentation represented the brand from a unique perspective and attracted visitors. Additionally, the design had to support representatives in conducting meetings and doing business with furniture importers and clients.
